Adult - Beginning Ninjitsu
Monday and Wednesday 6:00 to 7:30pm
Tuesday 4:30 to 6:00pm
Saturday 10:00 to 11:30am
This class includes a Weapons class on Fridays 4:30 to 6:00pm
Advanced Ninjitsu - Monday and Wednesday 7:30 to 9:00pm
Adult Ninjitsu Classes will focus on the higher, more challenging levels of the Art. There is a heavy emphasis on Form and Style and an in-depth study of techniques and the Spiritual Aspects of the Art. Students develop discipline, confidence, coordination, respect, self-control, flexibility in body and life and the spirit of aloha.
Students who complete Adult Beginning, will be invited to the Advanced Ninjitsu classes and have the chance to be assistant instructors in the beginning class.
Black Belt Advance classes are designed for those seeking Mastery towards the Art.
