Workshop Details
Thank you for participating, we are excited about this event and excited about welcoming you into our Maui Saito Ninjitsu Family Art. This will be a great foundation and the beginning of your spiritual training and path towards Ninjitsu Mastery. This will be a turning point in your martial arts training career. |
Prior to the Workshop
This workshop is primarily geared toward our out of town students. For your benefit, it is highly recommended that you have reviewed our Level 1 DVD training and are familiar with our exercises and techniques.
If you are planning on making this a life-long Art, order your Gi ahead of time (at least 30 days prior) by sending us an email with your size and the name you wish to be referred to and we will have it embroidered on the back of your Gi waiting for you when you arrive.
We will ask you to fill out a personal biography during the workshop. If you so choose, you may have this completed prior to arrival. List any of the other arts you have studied, what compels you to study Maui Saito Bloodline Ninjitsu and accomplishments you have had in your life that you wish to share with us. Add what it is you wish to accomplish at this workshop so we know how to help you best.
Items to bring for the Workshop
Clothing: If you have not ordered a Gi, bring loose fitted clothing, whatever you normally wear or would wear to work-out at the gym.
Food/Drink: Bring your own water bottle, we have water available at the Dojo. Bring any special food items you need or want. We will provide snacks and light dinners every day. There are refrigerators in your hotel rooms and at the Dojo with local grocery stores for you to shop. We have sodas and Gatorade type drinks we provide at cost.
Accommodations: As stated on the workshop page, we have worked out a room-rate with Country Inn & Suites. If you want your privacy make sure you book your room early. If you want to save cost and share your room, please let us know. You may also stay at any other facility/hotel.
Transportation: There is a shuttle to and from the hotel. Other than that, we ask that you pair up to drive for lunch, or there are nearby walking facilities where you can pick up lunch.
What we will cover in the Workshop
This is a fast track workshop for out of town students. The workshop will include training, practice sessions and lectures covering Level 1 Yellow belt material. We strongly encourage a deep proficiency of the beginning levels. This is the foundation for future training. In spending time with Master Maui you will have the availability of asking questions, getting immediate feedback on your practice, and you will begin to learn the spiritual aspects of the Art.
This will be an opportunity to work with others if you have been studying alone and certainly a chance to make friends and network within the Maui Saito Bloodline Ninjitsu family. The goal of the workshop is to get the information correctly, so when you leave the workshop you will be able to teach this information. If Master Maui feels strongly enough that you have learned the material and can teach the material, you will be listed on our website as an Affiliate.
History in the Making
We will be training and filming Level 2 Orange Belt. This will be your chance to be part of Ninjitsu Mastery history.
We will also cover our Shotgun Punch and Start your Weapons Training.
Invisible Sword
Our family has an exclusive sword that we learn and train with. Known as the Invisible Sword Tengu double sword fighting. You will be introduced to the swords and we will start your Saito Bloodline Ninjitsu Double Sword Training. This you must experience you will absolutely love!
